The 13th Golden Plate Award Central China

On December 22, the 13th Golden Plate Award Ceremony was successfully concluded in Guangzhou. As one of the most authoritative professional awards in the real estate industry, the Golden Plate Award started in 2006 and was initiated by the industry's famous real estate professional magazine "Time Real Estate" And held.
 
Our director Li Yingqi also participated as a judge to witness the birth of the award in Central China.
 
The projects declared by our company—Xuchang Yanling Huamandi Hot Spring Hotel and Zhengzhou Jianye Wisdom Port won the Best Hotel of the Year in Central China and the Best Office Building of the Year in Central China and the National General Evaluation.

The project revolves around a unique and colorful building. We hope to use the landscape as a carrier to maximize this charm and continue the story of flowers, fog, water and light.

We proposed that the concept of the landscape design center should be to use a minimalist modernist design method to create an "INVISIBLE LANDSCAPE/quiet landscape". The essence of tranquility lies in "hidden", in "showy and restrained", and also "mutually complementary". We hope customers enter the hotel and see the whole hotel, not separate buildings, landscapes, and interior spaces. Different spaces only have different functions and different expressions, but the language is the same, and the narrative methods are the same and different. It's just different stages of the same story.

Office Building of the Year

Jianye Wisdom Port is located in the heart of Longzihu Lake in Zhenglong New District, and is positioned as a public facility and entrepreneurial incubation base shared by university parks. The project is mainly commercial and office. The landscape design scope includes the first floor commercial plaza and office roof garden. The simple and smooth composition enriches the space.
