In review of architectural information, market condition and existing site condition, we will provide two options with different styles in landscape design for our client’s consideration. In this MLP stage, the options mainly show the spatial layouts and design styles.
According to the approved MLP design together with style and design direction, we will provide conceptual design.
According to the approved conceptual design, we will proceed to the DD stage. In this stage, detailed plans will show the main vertical hardscape elements and paving materials with aids of sections in CAD format and sketches.
According to the approved DD design, we will proceed to the Working Drawing stage which hardscape standard plans and details drawings in CAD format will be provided. Softscape design showing the planting layouts will also be provided in CAD format with planting specification included.
After a qualified professional is hired to further develop the DD2 drawings into construction drawings, we will assist the client to answer the queries from the hired qualified professional and review their construction drawings to ensure that the intended landscape design can be materialized.
Assist the client to review tenderers and coordinate with the contractor to ensure the design quality.
Assist the client to check the paving materials and conduct nursery visit. We will also provide site visits during construction period to ensure the wok is built according to the design.
